NOTES

1    Young children and toddlers will require constant supervision , due to a number of stairs and steps throughout the house and low sills on 1st floor windows, Parents must supervise young children at all times around the pool area. We do not provide a  cot.

2    A  Deposit of 20% is required before a booking is confirmed. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE

      You are advised to take a Travel Insurance Policy which has a cancellation clause. This may enable you to recover any non refundable monies.

3    Balance and Security Deposit are Payable 6 weeks prior to commencement of rental period

4     A security Deposit of £100 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded upon confirmation from the caretaker that all is in order with the house and you have returned the keys to me in the UK.

I HAVE READ YOUR TERMS & CONDITIONS AND ACCEPT THEM ON BEHALF OF ALL MY PARTY WHO WILL RESIDE IN THE PROPERTY, ON WHOSE BEHALF I AM DULY AUTHORISED TO MAKE THIS AGREEMENT, I AM OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
